Meet lifepilot's founder
Frank is a serial entrepreneur with 10+ companies with thousands or employees and a member leader in the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
He has been working on lifepilot for over 12 years, continuously developing it based on his experiences as an entreprenuer, investor, mentor, friend, husband and father of three daughters.

What do I really want for my life? — became my calling.
For over a decade, Frank has mentored entrepreneurs and business leaders — often beginning with their business challenges.
Again and again, he discovered the same truth: before solving a business problem, they first needed to answer a deeper question — What do I truly want for my own life?
Searching for a personal growth system to guide them, Frank found nothing that felt complete. So he began developing his own — inspired by his leadership experience in the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and influenced by growth frameworks like Bloom Growth, which he still uses today.
Over the years, Frank refined what became lifepilot — a practical, structured method for discovering your purpose, setting meaningful goals, and staying on course.
He has shared it in workshops with entrepreneurs, EO members, and friends. Many still use lifepilot today — and wouldn’t want to live without it.
Scaling the Vision
The turning point came when Frank's eldest daughter, Marie Charlott Gessner, encouraged Frank to share LifePilot more widely.
The joint project started with a video course — a labor of love that set the stage for something bigger.
Next came the lifepilot Navigator App, more workshops, and the chance to bring this system to leaders, teams, and communities everywhere.
Today, Frank's wife and all his three daughters help to scale lifepilot — making it truly a family mission.
