Liability for content

The contents of our website have been prepared with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee that the contents are correct, complete or up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, we can only be held liable from the moment that we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was found at the time of linking. However, permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of rights. If we become aware of any violations of rights, we will immediately remove such links.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, adaptation, distribution or any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, content from third parties is marked as such. If, despite this, you notice a copyright infringement, please notify us. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Data protection

It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. It is not possible to provide seamless protection of data from access by third parties. We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. The website operator reserves the right to take specific legal action if unsolicited advertising material, such as email spam, is received.

Analytics

This website uses Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google and Wix. Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, we would like to point out that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Usage of the Meta-Pixels

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. In this context, we have integrated the “meta pixel” into our website. The meta pixel allows us to measure the success of Facebook advertising campaigns, to retarget visitors to our website with ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to customize the ads to the pages or products previously viewed. The meta pixel is provided to us by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). During your visit to our website, the following data, among other things, is transmitted to Meta: Pages viewed or URLs, orders including sales and the products ordered, the achievement of “website goals” (e.g. contact requests and newsletter registrations), your internet connection data (IP address), technical information such as browser, device and screen resolution, a randomly generated user ID and a randomly generated advertising click ID if you have reached our website via an advertisement. No personal data such as name, address or contact details are transferred to Facebook. This data may also be transferred to Meta servers in the United States. Meta stores cookies in your web browser for a period of one year from your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that allows you to be recognized on future visits to the site. If you are logged in to meta platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Meta can also assign the visit to your Facebook/Instagram account. If you do not agree to the collection, you can prevent it by installing a tracking blocker add-on in your browser or by rejecting the cookies via our cookie settings dialog.

Microsoft Clarity & Microsoft Advertising

We use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to better understand how our website is used. We use behavioral metrics, heat maps and session recordings to determine which areas are particularly relevant. This enables us to optimize our content and market our products in a targeted manner.

To do this, we use first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. These help us to analyze the popularity of our offers, improve the website and ensure security and fraud protection.
